Apartment: the prices indicated for the apartment are per person when used by two or more persons, with a price per additional person of € 20.00 per day. Supplement for breakfast is € 7.00 per person or € 5.00 for children. Daily cleaning if required € 8.00 per day. Final cleaning is included in the price. If you wish to bring your pet with you (small animals only), we would ask you to notify us of this in advance.

- Prices are per person including breakfast.
- Supplement for short stays (less than three nights): € 2.00 - € 5.00 per day
- Supplement for usage as single room: € 2.00 - € 5.00
- Rooms are available from 2 p.m. Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Reservations: when making a reservation, we request an advance payment of € 100.00 (rooms) or € 150.00 (apartments) payable to the Raiffeisenkasse Gadertal - IT 44 N 08010 58550 000305004039 Swift: RZSBIT21508. In the event of cancellation the advance payment will be retained as a cancellation fee. In the event of early departure the room price will be payable minus € 7.00 per day for breakfast.
